Refunds & reprints

Because every item is custom printed, orders can't be refunded once they go into production. If we make a mistake, or your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll reprint it or refund you. You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start production.

Artwork

You're responsible for spelling, content and having the rights to use your artwork. We'll contact you before printing if your files look low resolution or have problems.

Production & shipping

Most orders are produced within 3–5 business days after artwork is approved. Shipping is a flat rate within the United States. Pickup orders are available once we email you that they're ready.

Payments & privacy

Payments are processed by Authorize.net. We never see or store your full card number. We use your contact details only to fulfill and communicate about your order, and we don't sell your information.
